Welcome to PETJA.
These conditions regulate the purchase of products offered through the website petja.es, owned by PETJA.
By making a purchase in our store, the customer accepts these purchase conditions.
2. Product
PETJA creates personalized pieces made from the actual paw print of each companion.
Each piece is created individually following the information provided by the customer.
Due to the artisanal and personalized nature of the product, each PETJA is unique and may present small variations inherent to the creation process.
3. Purchase Process
The customer selects the product, available options, and makes payment using the methods offered in the store.
Once the order is confirmed, the customer will receive the PETJA Kit necessary to capture the paw print.
The paw print will then be sent through the personal space enabled for this purpose.
4. Data provided by the customer
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the data provided is correct.
PETJA is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
5. Prices and Payments
All prices are indicated in euros (€) and include applicable taxes.
Payments are made using the systems available in the store.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, including images, designs, texts, logo, and graphic elements, are the property of PETJA and cannot be used without prior authorization.
7. Applicable Law
These conditions are governed by Spanish law.
For any dispute, the parties will submit to the corresponding courts and tribunals in accordance with current regulations.
