It depends on whether you already have your companion's paw print.

If you don't have it yet: first we send you the kit to take the paw print at home, at your leisure. Once you have it, upload a photo from My PETJA and we'll send you your finished PETJA: the print already framed, in its box.

If you already have it on paper: choose the option without the kit. You just need to upload a photo of the paw print, and you'll receive your finished PETJA in a single shipment.

With the kit, two shipments. First, an envelope with the kit to take the paw print with no ink on their paw: the inked sheet —the ink stays underneath, under a protective film—, two cards and the instructions. Then, the box with your PETJA: the print with their paw print in gold foil, already mounted in its frame and ready to hang or display.

If you already have the paw print: a single shipment, the box with the print already framed.

You can choose between two sizes: a 13 × 18 cm print with a 15 × 20 cm frame, or a 21 × 30 cm print with a 23 × 32 cm frame. The paper is premium 180g in black or white, the frame in black or white, and your companion's actual paw print is in hand-applied gold foil, print by print.

Our finish is gold foil, applied by hand.

If you prefer silver, write to us and we'll discuss it with you.

The kit ships the next business day. Your PETJA, already framed, is sent 1-2 business days after we receive the paw print photo, not from the time of purchase: you set the pace.

If you have the kit at home, you have two identical cards: if the first one doesn't work out, you have the other one. If it still doesn't turn out as you wanted, write to us before using the second one, and we'll look at it with you. If your paw print comes from a clinic or you took it a while ago and it wasn't perfect, don't discard it: we process the image before applying the foil and clean up anything that isn't part of the paw print. If there isn't enough definition, we'll write to you before creating anything.

Yes. PETJA is designed for bonds that continue and for those that no longer exist. If you have a paw print or photograph of your companion, write to us and we will help you complete the process.

Yes, and it doesn't cost any extra. We reproduce everything on the cardboard: the two paws, the nose. The small size holds one cardboard. The large size holds two, horizontally, with their two names: it works for multiple prints from the same animal or for two different companions.

Yes. Place the order with the recipient's address, and first they will receive the kit to take the paw print. Inside, there will be the order number written by hand: with that number, they can upload the paw print from My PETJA when they have it, without needing your account or email. They choose the name, date, and phrase. Then their PETJA arrives in its box, already framed.

A feather duster is enough. Avoid direct sunlight to better preserve the foil.

Shipping is free throughout Spain, including the Balearic Islands. To the rest of the European Union, €8.99 per order. We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

Your PETJA is custom-made with your companion's paw print, so it cannot be resold or qualify for the usual right of withdrawal for standard products.

That doesn't mean you're left without a solution: if the piece arrives damaged or there's an error on our part, we'll remake it free of charge. Write to us and we'll sort it out.
